Having Becca as our real estate agent was simply our best choice we made moving into the Philly area. Our house purchase was far from smooth and through all the complications, she presented really straight-forward options and ZERO of that sales-y pressure. We felt she genuinely cared what we felt was best for us, real estate-wise. Her advice and local knowledge were instrumental in making the sale, from negotiating price, dealing with the seller's agent to having a list of trusted trades people for inspection (and eventual repair!). Real estate transactions are detail intensive affairs that are fraught with emotion and risks. Becca kept us ahead of our deadlines and we felt well listened to and represented in buying our home.
